It was a relatively quiet Fourth of July weekend for us.  You already know about our trip to the ballgame Friday night.  Saturday afternoon we went to a potluck at the home of a couple from our church.  Five couples were there, all of whom we know and enjoy being with.

I don't know what this game is called, but it kept the guys amused for a long time.

The salad bar.  This was in addition to steaks on the grill, corn on the cob and strawberry shortcake.  Delicious!  And how much more American can you get?

A very pleasant day!

Today we went to Sunday School and church and out to dinner with two of the couples above.  Then we vegged out the rest of the day watching Tiger Woods win a golf tournament.

So - not exciting as holiday weekends go, but enough for us.
