Michigan Tech's Spring Fling was cancelled the other day (David was a prime organizer) merely because there were 40 inches of snow on the ground with another foot expected that day, the temps were in the mid-20s to mid-30s, and the wind was gusting up to 40 MPH.
What kinda buncha wimps are we raising these days?

Bloomsburg U should have had snow and wind at their spring bash. It was horrible - Town of Bloomsburg recently purchased an armored vehicle - ridiculous waste of money - police took that vehicle to quell the rioters which only incensed the students - which resulted in someone throwing a bottle at the vehicle - which resulted in the breaking of the windshield. Some armored vehicle!!! Lots of citations, obscene gestures, etc shown in the paper. It's a yearly event to fill the coffers of the town. Gosh, am I getting cynical in my old age?
